I had to submit a warranty claim for chips on the enamel of my Dutch oven's handles, and I must say, this has been the easiest, hassle-less warranty process I have ever encountered! Emails were responded to within minutes. I couldn't be happier that I chose to invest in Misen, for my Dutch oven, skillet, and 2 kitchen knives. I couldn't be happier knowing the company 100% backs up their products. Its rare to find such excellent customer service. I'd give their customer service 6 stars if I could. Thank you Misen!!!
