My item was delivered to an incorrect address. The proof of delivery pictures they provided me were clearly of a different house. I complained that this was not my address and they basically said it wasn’t their problem and to contact the “local shipping company” to get a document proving it was misdelievered. They actually told me they are only responsible to make sure the item ships. Whether it gets to me or not is not their problem, but they can give me a 30% off coupon if I wanted. Mind you, they also charged me a “shipping protection” fee. Not sure what for. I asked multiple times what that fee would do for me since they clearly lost my package. No response. I would avoid this company at all costs.
