I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants one. The return policy is presented as simple and customer-friendly, but in reality, it felt extremely misleading. I paid $120 for the product and was informed that I would only receive $38 back (they started at $20) — and was encouraged to just keep the item instead of returning it.
The alternative was to pay out of pocket to ship it back internationally, with a warning that they couldn’t guarantee there wouldn’t be issues at customs. That puts all the financial risk on the customer.
When a company advertises easy returns but structures the process in a way that makes it financially unreasonable to actually return the product, it feels deceptive. Customers should not lose the majority of their money simply for trying a product to see if it works for them.
Based on my experience, the return process seems designed to discourage refunds rather than support customers.
In all honesty i would not even give them a 1 star. The dress is nothing like the picture the material is like something off the market i spent £110 and i could not even get half my money back if i tried to sell it. I have emailed ragarding a refund and offering a small rediculus percentage. The saying about taking 10% off for restocking fee they saying i will accure custom dutie fees. I have sent many emails ans now just being ignored
I opted for a custom-made dress because the standard sizing was a bit long for me. I provided the precise measurements requested, but the dress returned extremely oversized and lacking shape. While the material quality and color are lovely, the style bears no resemblance to the image. I'm very disappointed, especially since I can't return it due to selecting the custom fit option.
Do not use this service. I ordered a dress, and what I received was completely different from what was advertised—cheap, poorly made, and terrible fabric, nothing like the picture. I had to escalate my request for a return, and they still withheld £80 of my money. This is incredibly disappointing, especially since they sent subpar goods and I ended up covering their costs. If they had been upfront about the quality, I would never have made the purchase. I will continue to leave reviews everywhere to warn others against using them. If you're reading this, you should know that they had no right to keep my money; the dishonesty is on their part. I will never use this service again!
Avoid ordering! The experience was very misleading. I purchased a standard size dress, but it didn't fit in the bust. The return policy states you can send it back to China! Initially, they deduct the original shipping, which might exceed the amount paid, and then there's a 10% restocking fee. You also have to cover the shipping costs to China (ranging from $100 to $200) along with at least 30% in customs fees and tariffs. The total return cost would be significantly higher than the price of the dress itself. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SERVICE.
