I ordered a dress "A-LIne Illusion Neck Long Sleeves Sweep train" from this company last September 2025.
The dress I received was not the same as the item advertised on their website. The fabric quality and sizing are incorrect and it does not resemble the product photos.
They make it impossilble to request a refund/ credit.
We have to cover a very costly international return shipping to a return address in China. Overall not a good experience shopping at MISSACC AU.
