The whole process was amazing! Ordering the rug was quick and easy the deliver was really quick seeing as I live in rural QLD. You were kept informed with how the rug was proceeding, though delivery. On arrival the rug was beautiful and very much what the website showed! Extremely soft and comfortable. Has settled in well with no corners or parts lifting. Love our rug!!
