I ordered a rug from Miss Amara and an unfortunate out of anyone's control fault arose, it was immediately fixed and the communication and support I received throughout the whole process was phenomenal. Am beyond happy with my purchase and with this business as a whole.
Great customer service with their online stylists and I've got a beautiful rug for my baby to play on that looks amazing in my living room! Doesn't look like a playmat but is so squishy and comfy for him (ans for us, spending so much time on the flood these days!)
Such a great customer service team! I bought a rug that was incredible quality but didn’t quite much the theme I’m going for with my already decor colours, so I’m returning it for another coloured rug! The process has been such a breeze and with such kindness and assistance! I can’t wait to order my new rug!
We love Miss Amara rugs. We’ve purchased at least 5 rugs over the last few years and they have all been excellent quality and withstood high traffic and stains from kids and dogs. The price points are really reasonable given the quality and durability.

First time buying from Miss Amara and I was blown away by the service provided. Having been in communication with their stylist Fern a few months prior, I went ahead and ordered the rug I'd selected at that time. On receipt the rug was a little thinner than I had anticipated so recommenced my earlier chat with Fern to query what underlay would work best for my chosen rug. Fern then suggested another rug, a new addition to their catalogue, that I decided I would like more than my original choice, and so I was required to go through the returns/refund process. This was seamless and incredibly efficient.Every point of contact I have had with Miss Amara has been top notch. From the styling advice, personalised follow-up, purchase and receipt through to return and refund I felt like a valued customer. I will definitely use their service again.
