I bought 3 rugs from Miss Amara. The first 2 got lost by couriers. Once I notified the team that I had not received my rugs by the scheduled date, the customer service team were on to asap. I ended up getting another to 2 rugs which were on sale & they offered me 20% off my next rug which wasn’t on sale. The delivery of these rugs was very quick around 5-7 working days.Also with my 3rd rug I accidentally forgot to change my delivery address & when I emailed the team, they rectified my mistake with the correct address.It so great dealing with people who really want to help you, which is very hard to find. Thanks why I gave them a 5🌟 rating and the best part I absolutely love, love, love my rugs. ❤️
