I received an item that took weeks to arrive, and the sizing was completely off—not even close! They accepted my return, and I have an email confirming that they received the item and processed my refund. However, after three weeks of back and forth emails, I still haven't received my refund! The payment service oddly closed the claim in their favor, stating I was refunded, even though they clearly haven't. It feels like I've been robbed, and since they are based overseas, continuing to email feels pointless. I've initiated a chargeback on my card. Do not purchase from this company—avoid at all costs!
