I’ve been a Missguided customer for years and never had major issues until now.
I recently returned a dress due to poor quality and bad fit. I followed their returns process exactly, met all criteria, sent the item back, and kept both postage and tracking receipts. However, their returns portal repeatedly failed when uploading the required images.
I contacted customer service multiple times via chat and email, but there is no way to speak to a real person. I only received automated or error responses, with no resolution.
Missguided have the returned item and my money, yet I still haven’t received a refund. Being stuck in an endless loop of chasing is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend ordering from them.
This service is quite deceptive; the prices of the items nearly double when placed in the cart. When I reached out, the responses were only via email with generic replies. It's important to be cautious about the pricing, as I feel misled. I provided them with screenshots showing the original prices, yet they continued to deny it. It was disappointing, especially since I was unaware during my initial order. At least the shipping was satisfactory.
I received an item that took an extensive amount of time to arrive, and the sizing was completely inaccurate—it wouldn't fit even a doll! They accepted my return, and I have an email confirming that they received the item and that a refund was issued. However, after three weeks of back-and-forth emails, I still have not received my refund! The payment service closed the claim in their favor, even though they can see that the refund hasn’t been processed. This company has essentially taken my money, and since they are located overseas, further communication seems pointless. I have initiated a chargeback with my card provider. I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller—AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I wasn't aware they were shipped from overseas, which was unfortunate since I needed them by a specific date that has now passed. However, I'm pleased with everything I've gotten. The quality and fit are great. I've seen many negative reviews, but I genuinely have no complaints at this moment. I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 because I need to return 3 items that are too large, and I'm hoping that process goes smoothly. I used a payment service that will block the payment if there are issues, so I'm remaining optimistic based on my experience so far and would consider ordering again.

If there was an option for zero stars, I would choose that! Their return policy offers three options for returning items, but you have to cover the cost yourself. They provide a name and address for returns, but it’s just a unit number! I requested to return via a postal service that doesn't require a receiver's name or email, but they won’t allow it. Most people would likely give up and keep the items, but I’m determined not to!
This company has terrible customer service with no responses at all. There’s no contact number that works, and trying to return an item is a nightmare. They don’t even provide QR codes for returns when completing the label! It feels like a scam—definitely avoid!
Do not order from this company! You have to pay for your own return, create the label yourself, and contact the shipping company on your own. It’s a zero out of ten experience and very costly on top of already paying for shipping! They clearly don’t value their customers and are just looking to profit at every turn.
Like many others, I had no idea the company is now owned by another brand. There was no indication that items are shipped from overseas, and the estimated delivery times are completely misleading. My items arrived late, were of poor quality, and customer service was dreadful. I found the exact same item at half the price elsewhere!
