Stay away from them. My items did not clear customs because Missguided did not include a commercial shipping invoice . Now they are trying to pretend like its US customs fault not knowing that I verified the reason the package can not clear U.S customs is because of their incompetence. I paid $125.00 for my order and they refunded $12 for the Express shipping that I paid for. Although, $125 is a big lost I am grateful that I learned how shady these people were. Previously I had an order for $253.00 thank God I received that order. Missguided can see my package will not clear customs due to not them not providing a commercial shipping invoice. All packages needthis invoice for international shipping. Remember this is an overseas company and their practices are alot different.
