I am highly disappointed with the customer service. I want to return my items due to their poor quality, but the return process has become nearly impossible. The return address provided does not match the postal code, which I verified with multiple services. Despite showing evidence, they insist the postal code is correct and simply tell me to try different providers, which have all failed to recognize the address. Instead of resolving the issue, customer service keeps repeating the same response. It feels like they are deliberately making returns difficult to avoid issuing refunds. I cannot recommend this service if you expect any assistance with returns or refunds.
