The return address provided does not match the postal code, which I verified with multiple services. Despite showing evidence, they insist the postal code is correct and simply tell me to try different providers, which have all failed to recognize the address. Instead of resolving the issue, customer service keeps repeating the same response. It feels like they are deliberately making returns difficult to avoid issuing refunds.
