I order a necklace for my wife during the black Friday sales.I received confirmation. I also received an email saying it had been dispatched. A few days later I received an email saying my order was cancelled and the item was out of stock. And I would be refunded.I reached out and they informed me it had been cancelled by "mistake" and I could reorder it now at its non-sale price.When I challenged this they said I should order it and they would look into sorting out price difference, however it was then out of stock again.When challenged on this they advised it would be weeks before they had stock back.I am very disappointed not to be able to get the necklace my wife has wanted especially when I ordered it in good time and was advised it would be here for Christmas etc.The company should have reserved the stock for the order they says the cancelled by mistake.
