The red jasper heart pendant arrived with a prominent crack line across the heart. The order was for Valentines Day which could not be gifted. In contacting Missoma, I received no apology apart from words indicating they will replace the item ‘since’ it was still in the warranty period. It is passed the event for which I purchased the item for. I have sought a refund and still have not received a response. I will return the broken item but not at my expense. There is no quality assurance and no personal customer service.
The items appear beautiful online. I noticed a banner stating “SIGN UP FOR 10% OFF YOUR FIRST ORDER,” so I registered to proceed with my purchase. After receiving the email, I found out the catch: the discount only applies to full-price orders over £75. The item I intended to buy is on sale and just below that threshold, meaning the discount is not applicable. It would be helpful to present this information more clearly and transparently rather than using vague phrases to attract customers. While the details might be available somewhere, it shouldn’t require effort to find them. The headline should be straightforward from the beginning. This is quite frustrating.
