Terrible experience. Please steer clear. I ordered a dress two months ago and still haven't received it. The tracking shows 'failed attempt' for weeks, even though no attempt was made (I have proof). I've requested a refund three times, but it has not been addressed. Their responses are generic, saying they aim to deliver soon. The service is highly unprofessional, and they fail to take responsibility for their errors. They don’t even have a customer service phone number, which raises concerns about their legitimacy. Their website looks professional, but many have fallen into this trap. The customer service is appalling. Please check reviews before ordering, as I'm not the only one with these issues. It’s unfortunate that they mislead customers on social media.
