Spent more than £200+ and the sizing are not as what described. Asked for a exchange and all of the returns fee and shipping all burdened to the customer! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They replied really slow and not being helpful and clear about everything! Definitely avoid buying anything from them! Now i have stuff that is not cheap and not even my size! Ridiculous company!
I have never felt forced to keep an item or purchase something else from the same seller due to their practices! Their website mentions that you can email them within 7 DAYS to initiate a refund, and they will provide an address, etc. However, it is only at the end of the policy that they reveal it will be issued as an e-gift card for their site! I have never encountered a situation where I couldn't get my money back for an online order that I wasn't satisfied with upon arrival. Thank goodness for AI tools, as they have been using them to respond to my emails. Yet, no matter how polite they think they are being, it is unacceptable to take people's money without clearly stating on your website that there is no opportunity for returns and refunds! I cannot recommend this website due to their deceptive return policy.

I would give zero stars if possible. This was the worst experience I've ever had. I ordered a dress that took two months to arrive when I was told it would take seven days. When I reached out, I was only told it would come soon. After two months, the quality was so low that I felt embarrassed to wear it. I paid over 200 euros for it. I argued with them and they offered a partial refund of 40%. I agreed, but I didn’t want store credit due to the poor quality. Even now, three months later, I still haven't received my money. It's a shame they even exist online. Avoid at all costs!

I've requested a refund three times, but it has not been addressed. Their responses are generic, saying they aim to deliver soon. The service is highly unprofessional, and they fail to take responsibility for their errors. They don’t even have a customer service phone number, which raises concerns about their legitimacy. Their website looks professional, but many have fallen into this trap. The customer service is appalling. Please check reviews before ordering, as I'm not the only one with these issues. It’s unfortunate that they mislead customers on social media.
You can find similar items for much less on other platforms. The quality is poor and the prices are far too high for what you receive. I’m not even going to attempt to get a refund; they claim to be based in the UK, but that seems to be untrue.
