I have never felt forced to keep an item or purchase something else from the same seller due to their practices! Their website mentions that you can email them within 7 DAYS to initiate a refund, and they will provide an address, etc. However, it is only at the end of the policy that they reveal it will be issued as an e-gift card for their site! I have never encountered a situation where I couldn't get my money back for an online order that I wasn't satisfied with upon arrival. Thank goodness for AI tools, as they have been using them to respond to my emails. Yet, no matter how polite they think they are being, it is unacceptable to take people's money without clearly stating on your website that there is no opportunity for returns and refunds! I cannot recommend this website due to their deceptive return policy.
