honestly wish I could give zero stars. I ordered a dress in a size large, and what I received fit like a small—completely inaccurate sizing and totally unwearable.
Returning it has been an absolute nightmare. It’s been over a month of constant back-and-forth with customer service, with no resolution. There is zero sense of urgency and absolutely no empathy for customers.
To make things worse, I already returned the dress, and the tracking clearly shows it was delivered on the 17th. Yet they are still emailing me asking if I’ve returned it and requesting tracking information—as if they have no idea what’s going on. It’s completely disorganized and beyond frustrating.
At this point, it feels like a scam. A company that sends out incorrectly sized items and then mishandles returns this badly should not be trusted. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere
