This seller is not what it seems. It appears to be a local company with a straightforward return policy and high-quality items. None of this is true. We had to struggle with them for over three weeks just to get a return address, which turned out to be in another country. The return cost for items worth around $2000 was over $700. Given the difficulty we had in getting the return address, we doubt the refund process will go smoothly. We are nearly $2000 out of pocket with a bunch of unusable items. DO NOT order from this seller; it seems designed to exploit customers.
