This seller is not what it seems. It appears to be a local company with a straightforward return policy and high-quality items. None of this is true. We had to struggle with them for over three weeks just to get a return address, which turned out to be in another country. The return cost for items worth around $2000 was over $700. Given the difficulty we had in getting the return address, we doubt the refund process will go smoothly. We are nearly $2000 out of pocket with a bunch of unusable items. DO NOT order from this seller; it seems designed to exploit customers.
If I could give a negative rating, I would. The light I received was a cheap version of what I ordered, posted from another country and without necessary components for legal installation here. They argued with me, forcing me to involve my bank and payment service. The seller advertised free returns but wanted a courier fee to return the item. My bank and payment service wouldn't even consider my claim until I sent it back, costing me over $600. I've lost $3000 at this point.

This company is a scam. Avoid at all costs. I installed two of their lamps in my new home, which had non-replaceable LEDs, and one failed within months. There was no replacement offered, just generic replies from a chatbot. Their website is down for now.
This is a fraudulent site. The lamps provided are not compliant with local regulations and lack necessary safety features. The electrician refused to install them. Their phone number is unresponsive, and they only reply to emails with vague claims of compliance.
Whatever you do, don’t buy anything from this seller. We ordered ceiling pendants that took an eternity to arrive. Once they did, we found they weren't wired legally for local standards, costing us an additional $400 to fix. When we tried to install them, the quality was so poor that they hung at different angles, looking like something a child would make. I wish I had read the negative reviews before ordering.
