Previously had good experience however bought a second table lamp (same as one I bought a year ago) and this one is faulty. Doesn’t charge or hold charge - so useless. Numerous emails to return / get refund ignored. Then when finally get a response I keep get a request to send a video. I send it, now asking for a different format than my iPhone recorded short video. Bottom line - it doesn’t work and far too slow and making it difficult to return for a refund. I won’t buy again from Misterlamp Melbourne despite two prior positive experiences.
