Faulty new pendant light - refused replacement

Bought a pendant for my renovated kitchen. Was delayed in installing it due to issues with the build but on installation by electrician found that it didn't work properly. Emailed Mister Lamp and asked to send back and get one that worked as replacement but they refused as was out of 30 day refund/return policy (approx 60 days). I explained I didn't need refund, just needed a light that worked but they still refused. Given they had sold me a faulty product, the responsibility lies with them to replace it. It was in brand new condition. Just didn't work. I even offered to pay for return shipping of faulty product. They still refused. I have never had such poor customer service. I like their range and was planning to use their light fittings for my entire renovation After this, I won't be. I have warned others about their faulty items and lack of integrity
