I recently purchased a running jacket from Mister Running and unfortunately experienced a clear quality issue shortly after receiving the product.
I contacted customer service #162160 on January 27 and provided a full explanation of the defect along with detailed photos. My request was acknowledged and a case number was created.
As I did not receive any response, I sent a follow-up email on February 4. This led to the creation of a second case number #163373 — however, despite now having two open cases for the same product, I still have not received any concrete reply from a customer service representative.
It has now been over 15 days since my initial request, while the automatic response stated that my case would be reviewed and handled as soon as possible.
I find this lack of communication particularly disappointing for a technical running product and for a retailer that promotes customer service and reliability.
At this stage, I am still waiting for a proper response and a clear resolution to this issue.
