I had the misfortune in ordering standard off-the-shelf sunglasses from this company - something that should have been quick, easy and painless. Unfortunately, the lead times specified on their website are vague, inaccurate and give no indication that they are, indeed, shipping everything into the UK from Germany and therefore things get stuck in customs (brexit... say no more).The website states orders such as mine should be delivered within 3-5 working days of placing the order - this is not the case for UK customers, but this isn't stated anywhere online. When questioned on this, the team in Germany (who, in my opinion, need some SERIOUS customer service training...) will give you different lead times stating it's 3-5 working days from despatch - not what it says on the website.God forbid you have an issue - if you try to contact this company by telephone you will be rudely interrupted by their german customer service staff - you will be made to feel like you are not worth their time. You can ask questions, but you wont get any actual answers... I was genuinely told my order would "arrive tomorrow, or after that". I mean - what does that mean, at some point in the next 14 years?!They'll tell you your order is 100% on schedule, even when it isn't, and they've already told me they have absolutely no way of tracking your parcel once it has left Berlin until it clears customs and is scanned by Royal Mail - but will unequivocally state that they are certain of it's location (something not entirely possible without tracking...).Anyway - I would avoid ordering anything online from this company unless you're willing to put up with mediocre, inaccurate information and rude & condescending german staff.
