I ordered a router online on December 12. I finally received an email stating it would be delivered by December 22, which was not the 4 days promised on the website. The item never arrived, and I received no shipping updates. After emailing for information, I was told it was being investigated. The next day, I received a message saying shipping would be delayed by 7 to 10 more business days due to unexpected part shortages and holidays. I requested a full refund and cancellation of my order, but they did not acknowledge this. After following up, I received a message saying they would expedite the shipment next week. Regarding the refund, I was informed it would take until mid-January due to the holidays, suggesting delivery might be faster. This is not the point! I cannot recommend this service. I am still waiting for a response.
