I strongly advise against using this service. This is my second regrettable order, and I should have learned from my previous experience. The delivery took at least two months, and some items were damaged. When I inquired about the delivery, I received a rude response saying the details were in my confirmation email, which they were not, despite the website stating 2-4 day shipping. This operation is extremely unprofessional. There are cheaper options for a reason.

Ordered a router online and faced numerous issues

I ordered a router online on December 12. I finally received an email stating it would be delivered by December 22, which was not the 4 days promised on the website. The item never arrived, and I received no shipping updates. After emailing for information, I was told it was being investigated. The next day, I received a message saying shipping would be delayed by 7 to 10 more business days due to unexpected part shortages and holidays. I requested a full refund and cancellation of my order, but they did not acknowledge this. After following up, I received a message saying they would expedite the shipment next week. Regarding the refund, I was informed it would take until mid-January due to the holidays, suggesting delivery might be faster. This is not the point! I cannot recommend this service. I am still waiting for a response.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the lack of responsiveness and the overall attitude towards customers. I had a significant amount of items in my cart, and despite this, I was charged a hefty shipping fee. I cannot comprehend how shipping could cost so much, implying extra profit on delivery. The website states that larger orders should contact sales for better offers, but the response I received was far more expensive. This experience leaves me feeling that customer support does not take customers seriously. I have unsubscribed from the newsletter and will no longer place orders here, opting instead for a competitor that values customer satisfaction.
