I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the lack of responsiveness and the overall attitude towards customers. I had a significant amount of items in my cart, and despite this, I was charged a hefty shipping fee. I cannot comprehend how shipping could cost so much, implying extra profit on delivery. The website states that larger orders should contact sales for better offers, but the response I received was far more expensive. This experience leaves me feeling that customer support does not take customers seriously. I have unsubscribed from the newsletter and will no longer place orders here, opting instead for a competitor that values customer satisfaction.
