On the third day, I got an email instructing me to close my ticket due to my lack of response, which was absurd since I checked both my inbox and spam and found no reply. Even after sending follow-up emails, I still haven't heard back. I'm truly disappointed with the entire experience and the poor customer service. I wouldn't recommend anyone to invest their time only to end up with nothing.
