enjoyable, although very slow to earn credit ( like all of these apps) friendly user interface, reliable payment (amazon , google .. codes) within 48 hours. ive tried a few others but i prefer this one
I've been on misplay for years now and will continue to be there for years.This should say everything, but let me I fill it in a little... Anytime I have a question or any kind of a glitch happens with the app, it is adjusted or addressed quickly and with respect and professionalism. I have received so many gift cards for playing games! The money does actually come, which I've tried SSSOOOOOO MANY of these "win cash now" apps and no matter how long I played, no matter how many games I downloaded, no matter how many rules I followed, I never got what they promised. I never even got a dime! What I did get was a waste of time headaches and used up space on my equipment. So, listen save yourself some hassle. Delete all those bunk apps, stop wasting your time being mislead! Mistplay is where it's at!! With plenty of good games to choose from, and new ones coming out all the time there something for everyone!! **Breaker Fun is still my favorite I cannot get enough!!**

Only a couple of my games work. The rate the game doesnt work. No one gives a shart. I get typical textbook responses that are either irrelevant or just repeat over and over but when it comes to actually fixing the game so I can play - Silence. I have screen shots of soooo many games I can't play. So if you download and it's working - congrats! If you have ANY and I MEAN ANY issue - save yourself the time and energy and just delete Mistplay immediately!
It would be a hard job to get better than misplay winnings always quick any trouble just contact and it's dealt with quickly and the ganes are great I'll be honest I would like to see more slots but I'll survive without LOL.
I have earned over $100, there was only one error that occurred and the response that I received from the support team completely fixed the error so there is no complaint to be made with Mistplay at all.
My account was placed on hold after I attempted to cash out, despite genuinely engaging with the games for a long time. I reached out to the support team, but after five days, I received no response. On the third day, I got an email instructing me to close my ticket due to my lack of response, which was absurd since I checked both my inbox and spam and found no reply. Even after sending follow-up emails, I still haven't heard back. I'm truly disappointed with the entire experience and the poor customer service. I wouldn't recommend anyone to invest their time only to end up with nothing.
I really appreciate the rewards for playing games. However, the issue lies with the support from the developers. They request messages but often don't reply, yet they still expect a 5-star review. Exceptional customer service is what earns those 5 stars, similar to other platforms.
