For some tasks, you have to make in-game purchases to complete them. I made multiple in-game purchases, and the tasks didn't complete, neither was I rewarded. Upon trying to contact customer services, the automated bot suggested I log out of my account, and so I did. Now, I can't log back in as it says my details are no longer active or valid, and to sign up again. I've tried resetting my password, removing the app and re-downloading it, clearing the storage and cache, restarted my phone. Nothing. I've checked all of my email accounts for emails from Mistplay, I only had one, which was to verify my account when I first signed up. Mistplay has certainly made some money off of me but I won't be making the same mistake again. Use Freecash instead, it's much better.
