11 days to prepare an order? When the order was placed on November 24th, why was it not dispatched until December 4th? Then you mention 3 days for shipping, and if it doesn’t arrive after 4 days, what happens? If I had known this before ordering, I wouldn’t have placed an order for 2 pairs of boots needed by December 1st! 1/5, very disappointing! With only 2 days left, it still hasn't been shipped, leading to even more waiting! Drop shipping is a poor business model. This situation is unacceptable! Returning for a full refund.
