In my experience, the service provided by this company is excellent for making purchases. I ordered an item as a Christmas gift, but it turned out to be the wrong size. Fortunately, returning and reordering was a breeze. Both dispatch and delivery were prompt on each occasion. The quality of the item was outstanding, and the recipient was very happy. I would gladly shop with this company again.
11 days to prepare an order? When I placed my order on November 24th, why was it not shipped until December 4th? Then you mention 3 days for shipping, followed by another 4 days if it doesn't arrive? If I had known this beforehand, I wouldn't have ordered two pairs of boots needed by December 1st! Rating: 1/5, very poor! There are still 2 days left, and it hasn't even been posted yet. This is an incredibly frustrating experience! The drop shipping model is not effective. I expect a full refund.

I ordered a pair of boots and overalls. It's now coming up on 10 days, and I finally received an email stating it will arrive in 2 days. So, 12 days waiting for items I could have ordered elsewhere and received the next day. It's ridiculous how quickly the company takes your money but takes forever to ship your purchases. I will never use this service again; customer support is terrible. Never again.
I have ordered from the service multiple times for general workwear. The website is user-friendly and clear. Delivery is prompt (usually 3-5 working days), and the products fit true to size and are of great quality. I've never encountered any issues and have always felt comfortable in my workwear. They wash well too.
