11 days to prepare an order? When I placed my order on November 24th, why was it not shipped until December 4th? Then you mention 3 days for shipping, followed by another 4 days if it doesn't arrive? If I had known this beforehand, I wouldn't have ordered two pairs of boots needed by December 1st! Rating: 1/5, very poor! There are still 2 days left, and it hasn't even been posted yet. This is an incredibly frustrating experience! The drop shipping model is not effective. I expect a full refund.
