I received a wonderfully detailed report. It included details that the original radiologist missed and I got the report much faster than previously. I also got to email directly with the doctors reading my report and provide a full history. The report not only noted abnormalities in medical terms, but also explained them in terms that I could understand and possible symptoms.I also love the business model. An AI review of the images plus two human reviews, being able to communicate with the radiologist, and being able to request a second opinion without having to bother your primary care physician for a second referral. I was a bit hesitant when I first saw the website, I wasn't sure if it was a real service, but it is and I'm very glad I used the services for a second opinion on my MRI scans. The original report I received was short, seemed rushed, missed details and did not relate findings back to symptoms. This second opinion report included details and images, related the details to symptoms, and demonstrated a greater level of care and attention. I'm hoping that I don't need anymore medical imaging, but if I do, I would definitely use this service for a second opinion again.
