Review Time
Do not recommend anymore. I used them from Oct 2024 to March 2025. Great originally when I signed up for a year subscription. I have many health conditions needing imaging often. Well, slowly and slowly their reports started coming back late and "normal" after many reports of details in early reports. Right now I'm waiting 2 weeks now with no response on one case and now when I try to log into my portal it says their free trial ended. I'm about to file a fraud case to get the rest of my year refunded. DON'T USE. P.s. they will still take money for reviews and membership but the rest of their site and portal are completely down.
Working with Mitrua for my son's second opinion was a breeze. While we were going through some difficult circumstances, the doctors at Mitrua were responsive and ultimately cared about our son and his diagnosis. I can not recommend the service more!
Excellent customer service and great followers up. Report was detailed and ALL of my questions were answered thoroughly! You don't get this much anymore in the medical community. This was refreshing to say the least. Overall 5 star!
I had some tests done a few months ago. I thought there might be something that had been missed, so I submitted it to Mitrua. After the doctor reviewed the test, I turned out to be exactly correct and it was specifically what I thought it was. It was a great feeling to know that I wasnt imagining things. The customer service and frankly the entire process was quick, professional and thorough. I am very grateful for this service and the fantastic product and I will definitely use them again. I would give it 10 stars if I could.
My MRI scans were reviewed by Derek and the report was very well worth it. There was alot of information that was not originally reported by whoever did the initial review. After getting Derek's report, everything makes sense as to why I have discomfort in specific areas and the report was produced on time, less than 24 hours over thanksgiving day.Thank you
