STEER CLEAR AT ALL COSTS. I placed an online order worth over $1,000, but the package arrived empty, and the company refuses to address the issue. They claim (1) CCTV footage shows the items were packed and (2) the delivery was accepted with my signature. However, the proof of delivery they provided does not match my signature. The delivery person even said no when I asked if I should sign. Given this situation, their policy is to take no action. I highly advise against making online purchases.
