AVOID THIS SERVICE. I placed an online order over $1,000, but the package arrived empty, and the company refuses to take action. They justify this by stating (1) CCTV footage shows the items were packed and (2) the delivery was accepted with my signature. However, the proof of delivery they provided does not contain my signature, and the delivery person denied my request to sign. Given these circumstances, their policy is to take no action. I strongly recommend against making online purchases.

Regret Ordering from This Site.

I regret not discovering this site before placing my order. The experience of ordering from the website was terrible, and my fragrance was shipped late without any notification. I tried to resolve the issue diplomatically with the customer service team, but received no assistance. I genuinely hope others reconsider ordering from them, as poor service can lead to declining sales. I will never order again and will ensure my network is aware.

Overwhelming Acetone Scent

I haven't purchased any products, but I received a sample perfume paper in a sales magazine that gave me an instant headache. The strong acetone undertone is all I can smell. Why would I want to smell like nail polish remover? As I write this, my head still hurts.

AVOID THIS BRAND! I recommend purchasing directly from a store. Their online customer service is terrible! I placed an order over a week ago, and the delivery timeframe was 2-3 business days. I've had to chase customer service for updates, and they are unable to provide any information. It's unbelievable they get away with this considering their high prices!
