This is such a worest site in the world, nothing is more useless than this.I request to people not to order anything from these site and don't do online payment.Neither your product arrives nor you get a refund.Please avoid such fake websites and share with your friends also.

Not gonna use flipkart Or mivi aganin

Doing this as this was my last resort... I brought a pair of @Mivi_Official duopods in March from @Flipkart they product just worked fine for 15 days and then suddenly stopped working and the last thing I was left with was to claim the warranty and I did the same same... They send me the product after 10 days back again it stops working in one day and both @Mivi_Official and @Flipkart don't respond to my mails or feedback. Is your customers money not important to you or the customer is not imp at all? Please share this as much as possible so it reached the right people and something like this doesn't happen to someone else🙏and just for the case I have flipkart premium so imagine what feedback they would give to normal people

Excellent product & Good service.

I have purchased Mivi A25 product last year FEB 16th. It was a fantastic product which worked to me will FED 10th than all of a sudden there was an issue with the product, I have tired contacting Customer care but there was no response, till 12th date i have tried them calling, as there was no response I though of dropping an mail assuming that the they will not respond as it's close to 1 year. I have received a ticket number after 2 days that is on 15th I have received an email with the trouble shooting steps. I have tired but went vain and replied back to them stating that still not working. To my surprise they have arranged a reverse pick up and the product got delivered at their location. After that resolved the issue and still it is working.

Mivi products are the Worst products I…

Mivi products are the Worst products I have ever used.Earlier I used mivi collar classic. I had to change the same product under warranty 3 times within one year which usually takes more than 1 month to replace or repair. Now the same with this product as well. It's not even 2 months, left side bud stopped working. There should be negative stars to rate.Flipkart please stop selling this stupid product.

Very good service

i have purchase some products of mivi it was my first product A350 and F40. after 7 months i have some issue with product so i just visit to mivi official site and follow the instruction as they mention in there policy.. once i drop mail i receive one complain Ticket ID where i can track my complain and support team also response fast and guide me to follow some Troubleshoot steps after following the issue is unresolve they arrange a pickup from my home. as per there some days i get product received and its working fine now..

This is the worst Company

This is the worst Company. I understand delay is okay, I have waited for more than 22 days, if that's a delay than count me out, It is clearly negligence. Nobody picks the calls, Mail team is extremely empathetic. They have raised my ticket the first time, and closed it and I asked them to reopen it and no action took place. I bought this product because my favorite influencer is following, but trust me I will close all your ties and will inform everyone near me to not to buy from you.

No one pick up the call on custom care…

No one pick up the call on custom care number. Even no one replied to mail also. My order not received from last 3 months. Scammer website order product only from another websites they didn't reply after payments .

I have buyed Rock & Roll W1 Wired Earphones.Delivery was very fast even in lockdown.And their service is great .Coming to earphone1.) Pretty awesome look.2.) Good bass but not solid but that is well understood at price Rs.399.3.) Sound quality is clear and with clear high, low, and mid.4.) Snug and Secure fit with 45° Ergonomic Design.5.) Very COMFORTABLE and light weight THAN any earphone.Cons1.) Two wires connecting earbuds are very much thin making it weak.
