The printing quality is generally good. I ordered a single-copy zine as a gift, and when the cover had a few minor imperfections, the customer service team promptly offered me a free reprint or a discount. Reporting the issue was very straightforward, and they responded within 1-2 business days. A couple of things to keep in mind: 1. The estimated delivery date provided may not align with what the shipping company states. I opted for standard shipping, and while the service estimated delivery by the 19th, UPS informed me I wouldn’t receive it until the 23rd. I ended up getting it on the 22nd. So, be cautious about relying too much on the estimated delivery dates given. 2. If you order a single-copy (instead of multiple zines), the packaging is less robust than for larger orders, which increases the risk of damage during shipping. You can contact customer service before your order is packed to request extra packing protection, and they will relay that to their packing team.
