I made my first order in November and although the books were slightly delayed they arrived close to the estimated delivery date. I sold out of my books and made a second order December 5th for 50 additional books. They were estimated to arrive December 17th and I was very happy because I was planning to sell them at Christmas gifts. They did not arrive until January 25th after having to reach out myself and get updates about multiple delays. No real excuse for the delay as well. I missed out on many sales because of their errors. I was offered a partial refund which I have yet to receive. VERY unreliable company but good price.

Excellent customer service with quick responses

I rate the customer service 5 stars. I received responses within minutes through the chat feature. The staff was incredibly helpful and addressed all my inquiries. The printing quality is generally good. I ordered a single-copy zine as a gift, and when the cover had a few minor imperfections, the customer service team promptly offered me a free reprint or a discount. Reporting the issue was very straightforward, and they responded within 1-2 business days. A couple of things to keep in mind: 1. The estimated delivery date provided may not align with what the shipping company states. I opted for standard shipping, and while the service estimated delivery by the 19th, UPS informed me I wouldn’t receive it until the 23rd. I ended up getting it on the 22nd. So, be cautious about relying too much on the estimated delivery dates given. 2. If you order a single-copy (instead of multiple zines), the packaging is less robust than for larger orders, which increases the risk of damage during shipping. You can contact customer service before your order is packed to request extra packing protection, and they will relay that to their packing team.

Update on my previous review reveals serious issues

Following up on my previous review from December 22, I've come across information that significantly intensifies my concerns regarding the company's practices. After finally reaching a supervisor on December 22, I learned that they encountered issues as early as December 10 and should have known that meeting the original estimated date of December 19 was highly improbable. Yet, they chose not to inform me—no email, no update on my order status (which I checked multiple times), and no warning while I could have sought alternatives for printing.
Instead, they kept this crucial information to themselves. The only reasonable assumption is that they aimed to retain my business while leaving me with no options once the truth emerged. To clarify, there was no proactive disclosure of the delay at any time. I only learned they would miss the deadline after several attempts to reach out and escalating to a supervisor—after the promised delivery date had already passed, making it too late for any alternatives.
On December 22, they offered me the option to cancel for a full refund. While this may sound reasonable, it was effectively meaningless. These were Christmas gifts, and a refund at that point ensured I would have nothing to present to my family and no chance to start anew with another printer in time for the holiday.
To make matters worse, I was informed on December 22 that they hadn’t even begun printing my order and that it wouldn’t start until 'sometime next week,' a full ten days after their own estimated delivery date—AFTER CHRISTMAS. In essence, the company sat on my order for weeks without any communication or action.
Yes, they issued a 10% refund—big deal! This hardly compensates for the stress and frustration of being left in the dark while my options dwindled, nor for the immense disappointment I will face on Christmas day!
This situation goes beyond poor service; it feels intentionally misleading and frankly unethical. Had they been transparent from the start, I could have taken steps to alleviate the issue. Instead, they withheld vital information, cornered me, and left me with no recourse while holding onto my money.
Ultimately, my Christmas was not ruined by an innocent mistake or unavoidable delay, but rather by a conscious choice not to communicate, showcasing a staggering disregard for the impact their inaction would have on me as a customer. If you're thinking about utilizing this company's services, I advise against it! Based on my experience, disappointment is not just a possibility; it’s the most likely outcome.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Delivery time was inaccurate

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The estimated delivery time was incorrect; I was promised it would arrive by a specific date, but it was delayed by 10 days!!!! The editing software is extremely basic, and I had to repeatedly deal with the support team due to system errors. I'm really frustrated.
