I am incredibly let down. I placed an order that was meant to arrive tomorrow, but I never received any tracking information. When I reached out to the support team, I was informed via email that my order has been delayed by an additional 2 weeks. How could this happen? There were no issues with the files I submitted. They never reached out to me, and I thought everything was fine. I was shocked to find out that my order had been completely overlooked. Now, I don't know what to do since no one answers their phone. Edit: They canceled my order because it hadn't even entered production yet. I'm so very upset with this service.
