I was ordering dust jackets for some coffee table books that I was also ordering from Mixam; however, I was worried that the dust jackets wouldn't be the exact same size as my books. Fortunately, I was able to work with Simon, who helped me step by step get exactly what I needed. We ordered a magazine for our daughter's college graduation and opted for priority shipping, expecting it to arrive the day before we left town (Thursday). Unfortunately, the magazines didn't arrive until the following Wednesday, and one of them had a tear on the back cover. This was a really frustrating experience.
My order experienced a slight delay, which I could have understood, but I also didn't receive any responses from customer support when I inquired about it—I finally heard back on the same day my order arrived, 4-5 days after my inquiry. That said, my books turned out great and I'm very pleased with the quality. It's a good service, provided you're aware that delays can happen during busy periods and that you might not receive any prior notice or follow-up.
I am incredibly let down. I placed an order that was meant to arrive tomorrow, but I never received any tracking information. When I reached out to the support team, I was informed via email that my order has been delayed by an additional 2 weeks. How could this happen? There were no issues with the files I submitted. They never reached out to me, and I thought everything was fine. I was shocked to find out that my order had been completely overlooked. Now, I don't know what to do since no one answers their phone. Edit: They canceled my order because it hadn't even entered production yet. I'm so very upset with this service.
