Absolutely fantastic customer service from Ben! He truly went above and beyond to help me. I first emailed a week ago for some troubleshooting support as my daughter’s vinyl player had stopped working after only being used a handful of times. Ben replied super quickly the next morning, and after I sent him some pictures and videos showing the issue, he offered for me to send it in for inspection with free postage.I sent it off, and when it turned out the player couldn’t be fixed, they sent me a replacement — which was completely unexpected since I hadn’t even purchased it directly from them! I honestly can’t thank Ben enough for his kindness, quick responses, and how efficiently he handled everything.
