I couldn't fault Mixx customer service at all. I enquired about problems I was having getting the case to charge and see if I could get help incase I was doing something wrong. Ben's customer service was excellent, he understood my query, even though the fault was mine purchasing elsewhere and I had a fault, Ben still tried to help me. I decided to cut my losses as I knew the problem wasn't the companies issue. Next day Ben emailed me asking would I take a reconditioned case for my buds and I was so not expecting that. I was very happy receiving that email today. Mixx didn't have to help me, they didn't have to replace my case but they did. Customer service done right. I will always be thankful and wont hesitate to buy direct from them in the future because I know I'll be in good hands if I have an issue.
