I recently had my earbuds replaced by Mixx and was very impressed with the whole process. Communication was excellent and prompt throughout. I returned the earbuds with all the relevant parts, they tested them, confirmed the fault, and quickly sent me a brand-new pair.What also stood out to me is their eco-friendly packaging. As someone who volunteers with Refresh (the trading name of the Wycombe Environment Centre), I truly value efforts to reduce waste and increase recycling. It’s great to see a company combining great customer service with genuine care for the environment.
