I purchased a pair of MIXX streambuds from Tesco in 2023. They have been brilliant as my first pair of earbuds, A few weeks ago they were not charging as efficiently as they had been. I dint have a copy of my Tesco receipt so I contacted MIXX directly through the contact form on their website. After then exchanging a few emails, MIXX arranged collection of my earbuds, within a few days a replacement pair had arrived at my house. MIXX paid for all the postage. Their support has exceeded my expectations and I would not hesitate to purchase MIXX products again. A big shutout to George at MIXX who was dealing with my case, his communication and how he resolved it was brilliant.
