I recently purchased pods from this company however after one week one stopped working. I contacted Mixx customer service and spoke with George, he was attentive and knowledgeable about the product and gave advice on how I might be able to resolve the issue however it was unsuccessful. After conversations with George and Louisa it was decided that I would receive a replacement, which I have and is working fine. My thanks to George and Louisa on their professionalism and prompt resolution of this matter. I have had one of the best customer service experiences with Mixx thanks to George and Louisa. Caroline.
