I had a problem with my mixx bud lites, as one wasn't charging, i went online to the company, and was directed to customer support, and had an immediate response, they advised me to follow a few procedures, to see if my problem could be resolved, unfortunately it couldn't as they where just out of warranty, as a good will jesture they have replaced them, excellent service from your team, pity other companies don't act as quickly and efficiently as you do, well done to all concerned, especially Ben Savage, thank you so much.
