Despite multiple emails to resolve the issue, I received no response, which was extremely frustrating, especially after moving my family. I want to emphasize that the dentists are excellent—professional, skilled, and genuinely caring. This feedback does not reflect their clinical work, which has always been top-notch. However, the poor handling of my case has damaged the trust built with the clinical team. On a previous occasion, I paid for a scale and polish but only received a scale due to equipment failure. No partial refund or resolution was provided, and after persistent follow-ups, I gave up. It's unfortunate that such quality clinical care is overshadowed by inadequate communication and administrative service.
