My experience was horrible! The staff were rude and unhelpful, and they refused to refund my credit. I had teeth whitening booked but canceled within the proper time frame, yet I struggled for months to get my £49 back. No one responded to my inquiries, and they mishandled my account. Even when I suggested applying the credit to a hygiene appointment, they insisted I had missed multiple appointments, which were rescheduled. I felt mistreated, especially since I planned to spend significantly on future treatments. The lack of customer service is appalling, and I wouldn't recommend this practice for any private dentistry.
